Customers have compared us to that old-time mom-and-pop shop that your parents went to where they knew you by name and when you walked in you were treated like family. We are that shop!

 

We are a family owned and operated business. I have 28 years total in the auto repair industry. I am a 16-year U.S. Army veteran. I grew up on a dairy farm in Alhambra, IL. On this farm we milked, processed, and delivered our own milk.​ Through personal and professional experience I have learned the importance of treating people right. I strive to put to use the values and work ethic I learned as a child, as well as my time and service in the army, in providing the best customer service, earning your trust, and retaining your business.

Christina, my wife, through her career in advertising and as a tax-professional, has created a face for Troy Car Care. Through her networking, we have been represented in St. Louis area digital and print ads. Something I would have never thought possible. In addition, she has posted videos to our Troy Car Care Facebook page with auto tips, what's happening in the area, and just silliness. Don't forget to follow us there for all the latest news and updates.

As we enter our second year in business, my amazing wife has established us as a NAPA Car Care Center. Through our quality service, ethics and values. This is a prestigious honor, as demonstrated by the NAPA Auto Care Code of Ethics. As a client, you are not a number or quota needed to reach a corporate goal. Your needs are our overall priority.

As an ASE Certified shop, we believe in paying our technicians fair market value for quality work, honesty, and integrity. With no commission based sales, there is no incentive for our employees to upsell tickets or try to pad their commission on work that is not needed. 

 

We started this business because we were tired of seeing the market trend of national shops and dealerships trying to become mega-millionaires and taking advantage of people.
